We are property investors just like you. We were looking for a better alternative to ‘set and forget’ property management and found nothing in the local market that could be described as ‘active management’ – meaning a short-term property management solution- an all-inclusive service that sought to increase sales yields annually.
Seeing a gap in the market, we decided to launch Bnb Hub, initially for ourselves, but now also for our many happy investor clients.
In the beginning, we slowly started managing investments for friends and family. The business was a success, and within the first 12 months, we had requests to manage over 20 properties purely due to word of mouth.
